This is an alcohol-free event intended to cleanse the body, mind, and soul. Our local chefs will cater vegan and gluten free meals with fresh and locally sourced produce.
You will enjoy twice daily yoga and a daily group activity, as well as plenty of down-time to enjoy the beautiful casa, infinity pool, and remote and private beach access.

Courtney is a 500hr E-RYT Yoga Instructor and has taught yoga for almost a decade. She owns The Rising Heart, a yoga and wellness school that teaches new teachers how to teach and implement the Yogic life. She specializes in alignment and the merging together of mind and body to integrate the soul. You can expect intentional, dynamic, and individually curated instruction through your experience. With deep knowledge of the body, Courtney also offers yoga massage and hands-on assisting. Some of her favorite things, outside of yoga, are dogs, beaches, laughing, and play!
Lizzy is a 200-hour RYT and licensed therapist associate* in Austin, Texas. Lizzy teaches a variety of styles of yoga, is trained in EMDR, and is certified in the Trauma-Conscious Yoga Method. She leans on the mind-body-spirit connection when planning her sequences. You can expect intentional, juicy movement and to leave her classes feeling empowered in your relationship with yourself. Lizzy also loves traveling, cooking, live music, creating stained glass art, and has a personal goal of meeting ALL the dogs.
