200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

The Rising Heart Yoga is a 200-hr Registered Yoga School with the Yoga Alliance and specializes in small group 200 hour Yoga Teacher Trainings. This is an intimate container for diving deeper into the teachings of yoga, exploring the physical practice and well beyond. What you learn in Yoga Teacher Training not only impacts your life on your mat, but off of your mat as well.

 

Yoga teacher training is "Life Training." You’ll learn valuable life skills for interacting with others, as well as how to step into your own personal power and be an authentic leader, partner, friend, sibling, child, colleague, etc.

10 weekends - Roughly 2 on, 1 off

During Yoga Teacher Training, you will be working deeply with yourself, as well as closely with other individuals and the group as a whole. You will be presented with a range of different teaching and learning styles, some familiar and others that you may be unaccustomed to. You will likely be challenged emotionally, mentally, energetically, and spiritually. This is normal! Remember to have grace with yourself, but also hold your personal accountability in high standards. Some parts will feel easy and fun, others more challenging, but ultimately balanced.

Whether you come into the teacher training experience wanting to teach or not, you are guaranteed to learn more about yourself - your body, your mind, and your soul.
