Courtney is a yoga teacher and founder of The Rising Heart yoga school, where she leads 200 hour yoga teacher trainings, retreats, and private yoga lessons. She has over 700 hours of training and specializes in creative sequencing coupled with a deep understanding of anatomy and alignment, as well as trauma-informed practices for mind-body connection. Courtney has a special love for power yoga, and loves to "kick your butt" as an offering to help you get out of your own way. Her classes are fun, creative, dynamic, and will leave you feeling strong in body, mind, and soul!
Anna is a yoga and fitness instructor and founder of Felz Fitness. She was certified as a fitness instructor in 2002 and has been teaching a variety of classes for 20+ years; she decided to add yoga to her repertoire after falling in love with power yoga and wanting to share that passion with others. You’ll find her classes challenging but fun, pushing boundaries and exploring new places to see what you’re capable of both mentally & physically, and striving to accomplish your full potential.
